Terms of Service

Dynamic QR provides a hosted service for creating dynamic URL QR codes. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Subscription and cancellation

Dynamic QR is offered as one recurring subscription at $29.99 USD per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid period. QR redirects and paid features remain available through that period and become inactive after it ends unless you resubscribe.

Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use a QR code to direct people to malware, phishing, fraud, illegal content, or content that violates another party’s rights. We may suspend access or disable redirects where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or the public.

Fair use and availability

The plan includes unlimited QR codes, destination changes, and scans subject to fair use. We may act on use that materially harms service reliability or security. We aim to operate the service reliably, but it is provided as available and may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our control.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. You are responsible for your destinations and QR distribution. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
